At The Mane Room Salon, each stylist operates independently and maintains their own individual policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and service adjustments.

 

Independent Stylist Policies

Refund policies are determined solely by the individual stylist providing the service. The Mane Room Salon does not set, control, or enforce these policies.

 

Customer Responsibility

We encourage all clients to verify and understand their stylist’s refund and cancellation policy before booking an appointment. If you have any questions or concerns, please discuss them directly with your stylist in advance.

 

Disputes and Assistance

While The Mane Room Salon is not responsible for issuing refunds or making final decisions regarding them, we are happy to assist in facilitating communication between clients and stylists in the event of a disagreement.

Our goal is to support a fair and respectful resolution for all parties involved.
